Educational events.

We enjoy providing entertaining and educational programs for schools and libraries.

School Carnivals and Special Events – Our most common events at schools are simply entertaining guests with face painting and balloons. We’ll show up at your PTO carnival, field day, open house or other special day and make a balloon for every kid (and maybe some adults that are young at heart.) We can also provide face painting, glitter tattoos or strolling magic.

School Convocations – One popular program we offer at schools helps students to connect what they learn in class to their everyday lives. We come into a classroom or auditorium, make a few balloons or play a balloon game to kick things off, then teach every student how to make a balloon dog of their own. We’ll tell a bit about what a balloon artist does and how we use the things we learned in school at their age every single day. They get to call out their favorite subjects like English, science, Spanish, geometry, and art, then we’ll connect the things they are learning to how a balloon artist actually uses that knowledge every day, emphasizing that their time in school is both important and relevant to their lives. Our magician can also lead an anti-bullying convocation.

STEM Program – We’ve developed a 1-hour STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) program that teaches children how we use simple machines, math and engineering concepts to create huge sculptures. Students break into teams to create a balloon house they can bring back to the classroom, make a balloon dog to take home, learn the math and science skills it takes to create a world record-breaking sculpture and have a bit of time for questions and answers.

Chapel Services and Scouting Events – We are always excited to be a part of chapel services at Christian schools and scout activities. You can choose from a variety of engaging lessons and activities. For more, check out our ministry page.

“Brian’s Balloons was a huge hit with all of the attendees at our community awareness event last May! Very creative, artistic, and inventive, I don’t think there was a request he couldn’t fill! To sum it up, we were privileged to have worked with him and would recommend Brian to anyone!”
